Originally from England, Michael joined the school in July of 2010 after two and a half years at the UNC School of Information and Library Science.  Michael first came to UNC in 2002 on a study abroad year as part of his BA in American Studies from Lancaster University in England.  He settled in Chapel Hill in 2006 after spending two years at the University of New Hampshire studying for an MA in History.

Michael administers international activity for the school and assists faculty in arranging professional education seminars and workshops.  He is happy to meet with any JOMC students to discuss opportunities to gain an international perspective while a part of the school.
