Rachel Lillis works with the Master of Arts in Technology and Communication and the Certificate in Technology and Communication. She leverages her ten years of program administration and instructional design experience in e-learning to work closely with faculty to support course design and development. She manages the the student experience for all of the School's e-learners from handling technology issues to managing student services.

Rachel Lillis joined the staff in February 2002 with the creation of the School's distance education certificate program.
